What is a health coach?

Did you know the average doctor’s appointment is 13-16 minutes long? Unfortunately, most doctors are not trained on strategies to modify behavior, nor are they educated on how nutrition, light environment, mindset, and other non-pharmaceutical modalities impact the vast healing potential of the body and mind.

Everyone knows it‘s far from easy to make long-term lifestyle changes on your own. The time, motivation, and discipline required can be challenging for most people to consistently summon.

As a Holistic Health Coach, my job is to guide, mentor and empower you along your journey in transforming into your healthiest and most vibrant self. I provide ongoing support, educated insight and targeted guidance as you set your goals and make sustainable lifestyle tweaks that improve your long-term health and happiness.

I offer two different options, depending on the level of support you’d like: the first is a transformative 3 month 1:1 coaching program, designed to be totally personalized to you and your unique wellness goals. The second is a Total Health Optimization E-Book (coming soon!) , where you’ll learn all the basics (and then some) of unlocking your best self through health and habit optimization. This E-Book will include the Primal Holistic Superhuman Blueprint- a day plan that gives you all the research-backed inputs for absolute health, healing, and vitality.
